Bayly Grant has been helping clients to discover and enhance their strengths for over 20 years, empowering them to take personal responsibility for their continued improvement. In addition to delivering compelling speaking programs, Bayly is a highly effective Team Building Consultant and Life Balance Coach. Her strategy continues to be one that influences the growth and expansion of human capacity and performance potential. Bayly is honored to be the protégé of her longtime friend and mentor, Jack LaLanne. He continues to influence her message, methods and motivation.

Ms. Grant has been active in numerous health-related organizations through the years, including the California Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports chaired by Arnold Schwarzenegger. Bayly was chosen by Reebok to serve on the Reebok Circuit of Professionals and Specialist C.O.R.P.S. She was involved in research and development, promotional activities and “think tank” sessions for development and marketing of fitness products and programs. Her clients have included Unocal Corporation, Lockheed Martin, Pacific Gas and Electric Company and the United States Departments of the Navy and Forestry. Bayly is proud to be a founding member of the San Luis Obispo County Tobacco Control Coalition, having influenced the first public non-smoking policy in the world that ignited a nation-wide push to imitate.

As a consultant, coach and speaker, Bayly Grant is best known for her lively, energetic, down-to-earth approach to delivering useful, practical information, which empowers her clients to boost their performance and satisfaction in their personal and professional lives. Her educational background, business acumen and strength of delivery combine to confidently communicate her sincere and transforming motivational message.

Bayly Grant holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Health Promotion and a Master Degree in Education. She is the founder and president of Bayly Grant Consulting and Body Incorporated, an organizational health consulting firm known for its outstanding consulting, coaching and speaking that inspire the ongoing process of personal improvement.
